Jay-Z was spotted in Glasgow, UK leaving his hotel when he stopped to sign an autograph for a little boy.
Jay-Z achieved his 11th No. 1 on Billboard’s album chart, selling 476,000 copies of The Blueprint 3. He becomes the solo artist with the most No. 1 albums by surpassing Elvis.
