Whitney Houston Apologizes During Show

Whitney Houston continues to disappoint with her Nothing But Love tour. Last night during her performance at London’s O2 arena she apologized to the crowd after her voice failed onstage. She told fans her vocals are “getting a little temperamental”.

Her tour has been met with complaints and criticism that her voice is not what it used to be. Some of her shows were canceled after she was hospitalized with an upper respiratory infection.

Last night according to newspaper reports, many fans walked out as she struggled to sing I Will Always Love You.

She told the crowd, “She don’t want to come, my soprano friend. Sometimes the old girl sings, but not tonight. I want to do it, but she doesn’t want to… She’s getting a little… temperamental, even.”

She also said her vocals had been exacerbated by the O2 Arena’s powerful air-conditioning system, urging officials at the venue to “Turn the air-con off, I can feel it, it takes away my soprano.”

She even had to cut short Greatest Love Of All after just a couple of verses.

This is so sad to me I was sooooo hoping she would have a successful comeback but with all these reports about her performances it seems that won’t happen. 🙁
