Last month Chris Brown requested the restraining order that requires him to stay away from Rihanna be lifted. The judge at said she would lower it to a “do not annoy” order as long as Rihanna was okay with it. Her lawyer tells E! News that she has given the go ahead to reduce the order.

The new order would allow contact as long as Chris doesn’t annoy, molest or harass her. The order must now be officially modified by a judge.
