There were many tributes in song and words for the late Whitney Houston. Here are some of memorable moments.
Did you watch the funeral? Touching service wasn’t it? Very appreciative to the Houston family for allowing Whitney Houston’s service it to be broadcast so we could share in home going. We are now getting a look at the funeral program.
Her mother Cissy Houston wrote a letter to her in the program that says (complete letter on last page of progam):
“I never told you that when you were born, the Holy Spirit told me that you would not be with me long. And I thank God for the beautiful flower he allowed me to raise and cherish for 48 years.”
“Rest, my baby girl in peace, Mommie.

Bobby Brown reportedly left the funeral of his ex-wife Whitney Houston minutes before the service was to begin. At first when he arrived at the church he walked to the front of the church and touched the coffin holding the legendary singer. Then things went south.
According to New Jersey Ledger, he brought nine people with him (his brother, children and other family members) to the church and wanted them to sit with him in the family section. “They were asked to leave,” a source said, referring to his guests. Bobby was not asked to leave, but “he left with the other people.”
He got into a black Cadillac SUV and left.
Shame he couldn’t be there for his daughter.

Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran spent the day on the beach with friends in Miami, FL amidst the rumors that he has reunited with Rihanna. A friend of Karrueche’s tells TMZ that she is not worried about the rumors as she knows Chris comes home to her at night and he tells her he loves her every day. This trip to Miami is actually a Valentine’s Day celebration. The two are said to be living together. Read more
