Nas Ordered To Pay $51,101 In Spousal & Child Support
Nas and Kelis both testified in their ongoing divorce case today. When Kelis took the stand she said they attempted to reconcile in September but it didn’t work out.
She also said she is having difficulty earning money, according to TMZ.
Nas later testified he wants overnight visits with their son. Kelis’ lawyer asked Nas about not paying his December child and spousal support in full. He said he thought he was paid up.
The judge then ordered Nas to pay $40,454 in spousal support and $10,647 in child support as well Kelis’ attorney’s fees in the amount of $46,022.
Nas will no longer have to pay $13,000 a month for their Los Angeles home.
During the two days of testimony it was revealed that Nas owes his manager up to $700,000 and owes millions to the IRS.
