Precious Leads NAACP Awards With 8 Noms
The NAACP Image Awards nominations were announced Wednesday with Precious leading the way. The movie received nominations for: Gabourey Sidibe, Mo’nique, Lenny Kravitz and Mariah Carey along with a best movie and best director nomination for Lee Daniels.
On the music front, Jay-Z led with five nominoatons including his collaborations with Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Kanye West. Alicia followed with three nominations.
