Rick Ross’ Baby Mama Suing 50 Cent
50 Cent is being sued by Rick Ross’ baby mama for releasing a sex tape she made with a man, Maurice Murray. During his feud with Rick, Fiddy bought the tape and released it on his website with voice over.
Lastonia Leviston filed papers Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming she and a companion “videotaped themselves engaging in sexually explicit activities” in June 2008, reports the NY Daily News.
She said she asked Maurice to destroy the tape and that he said he would but he then “transferred or sold” it to Fiddy. Maurice’s face was blurred out in the video but Lastonia’s face was not.
She is wants damages for emotional distress and unauthorized use of her image.
