T.I. Ordered To Pay More Child Support
T.I. was ordered to pay more child support to LaShon Dixon, the mother of 2 of his children. LaShon claimed the money he was paying was not enough.
A Superior Court judge on Wednesday increase T.I. payment from just over $3,000 to $5,000 a month, the Associated Press reports. T.I. was voluntarily paying LaShon about $2,000 per month to their two sons, ages 7 and 9.
T.I., was paying for the boys to attend private school but is no longer required to make that payment but has to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.
The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with LaShon having primary physical custody. He’ll have visitation every other weekend.
LaShon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, says LaShon is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision and called it “a complete victory.”
