Shereé goes to watch her trainer perform in a bodybuilding competition and finds out that he has a little surprise in store for her when she visits him backstage before the show.
And NeNe hosts a party for the “who’s who” of ATL to reveal the photos from the alter ego photo shoot –will the ladies be satisfied with the results?

Alicia Keys Drops By 106 & Park
Alicia Keys stopped by BET’s 106 & Park to promote her new single Doesn’t Mean Anything. She discussed her new album that will be out in December. She is not revealing the album name just yet.
She also talked briefly about Lil Mama jumping onstage as her and Jay-Z were performing at the VMAs and she also talked about Kanye West disrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech.
The next single off the album will be Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart.

Kanye West Snags Nine BET Award Nominations

Kanye West leads the nominees for BET Awards with nine nominations. Jay Z and Lil Wayne follow closely behind with seven nominations, and T.I. rounds things off with six nominations.
The show will be hosted by comedian Mike Epps and will take place in Atlanta on Saturday, October 10. It premieres on BET Tuesday, October 27 at 8:00 p.m.
Ice Cube Will Be Honored as this year’s “I AM HIP-HOP” Icon Award recipient. The Late DJ AM is among the nominees for DJ of the year
BET has added two new categories, Made-You-Look Award (Best Hip Hop Style) and Best Hip-Hop Blog Site.
