Chris Bosh won his child support battle with his baby mama Allison Mathis. The Miami Heat player succeeded in getting himself declared an official resident of Texas instead of Florida. His residency was critical in Allison’s bid to increase his child-support payment.
Bosh currently pays her $2,600-a-month in child support based on a ruling in Texas, which he claims as his official residence. Alison wanted him declared a resident of Florida which would have increased the child support to $30,000-a-month. Now that he has won the case, his payments will remain the same.
