During a recent fundraiser at a private residence, Michelle Obama was giving a speech when a woman decided to interrupt the first lady. Ellen Sturtz was yelling at Mrs. Obama about why the president has not signed an executive order that would bar a company that contracts with the federal government from discriminating on sexual orientation or gender equity. Mrs. Obama wasn’t having it.
“I don’t care what you believe, wait, wait, wait. One of the things, one of things I don’t do well is this,” Mrs. Obama is seen in the video leaving the podium. She told the woman and the audience either the woman was going to stop or she’s leaving. “Listen to me or you can take the mic. But I’m leaving. You all decide. You have one choice.”
